Luke Shaver holds a Bachelors of Arts in Piano Performance from Appalachian State University. Luke is an ATI certified Alexander Technique Teacher. He is a performer and teacher of the Triad area.

He is formerly faculty and accompanist at Montreat University and at Mars Hill University. He is form music director of St. George's Episcopal Church in Asheville and New Hope Presbyterian in Gastonia. He has been teaching, freelancing, accompanying, and directing musical worship for many years and maintains a modest private studio.

While enjoying orchestral as well as chamber ensemble endeavors, Luke’s passion is rooted in vocal accompaniment and solo piano. He loves curating a sophisticated atmosphere through music and teaching musicians of all ages to enjoy the same!
